Ready to launch your APRN career and care for Georgia? Applications for the ELEVATE Transition Pilot Program are now open!

About ELEVATE:

Enhancing Leadership, Expertise, and Vision in Advanced Practice Transition and Engagement (ELEVATE)

The ELEVATE Transition Program is a 9-month pilot that aims to support Georgia's advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) in their professional development and lifestyle management as they transition into their roles as new providers and leaders during their first year. The program offers monthly virtual meetings with mentorship and guidance on topics like essential communication for the provider, self-regulation, time management, legal considerations, diagnostic refresher, and more to adequately  care for Georgia.

Duration:  January 2025 - September 2025
Frequency: 2nd Tuesdays of the month (tentative)
                     6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET


Eligibility*:
APRN students in their last semester.
APRN graduates within 18 months post-graduation.

Application Closing Date: December 1st, 2024. *UAPRN membership is required.
