Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at Grace Pediatrics and Wellness, located in Blairsville, GA. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, including conducting physical assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, and creating personalized treatment plans. Daily tasks also include delivering preventive care, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards of care. The role requires a commitment to providing compassionate care for pediatric patients and families.

Qualifications
•    Strong expertise in Nurse Practitioner practices and Advanced Nursing skills
•    Experience in Primary Care, with a focus on delivering comprehensive patient services
•    Knowledge in Medicine and Urgent Care for addressing a diverse range of patient needs
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction
•    Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and current licensure in the state of Georgia
•    Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
•    Being knowledgeable about Medicare Wellness exams is highly desirable
•    Spanish-speaking is a plus
