Overview

Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform dedicated to advancing women’s health. Our affiliated OB/GYN practice in Sandy Springs, GA, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our collaborative team.

Applicants must have experience managing prenatal patients and be proficient in performing colposcopies, IUD insertions/removals, and endometrial biopsies.

Position Highlights:

• Join a practice with 4 ob-gyns
• Part-time position: 25-30 hours per week
• In office Monday-Friday, 5 days a week, Hours: 9am-2pm (flexible with hours).
• Anticipated patient load- 15-20 patients per day
• Nurse practitioner will be seeing their own patient base and occasionally from the physicians
• WHNP experience needed with experience in prenatal, colposcopies, IUDs, biopsies, Nexplanon etc.
• Fully licensed medical team and support staff

Requirements:

• National Nurse Practitioner certification
• Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• CPR, BLS, Certification or ability to obtain
• Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
• Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
• Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
• WHNP experience required with proficiency in performing prenatal care, colposcopies, IUDs and biopsies
