Position Description

Nimble and thriving wound care group seeks a Nurse Practitioner in Wound Care in Nashville!

About the group:

  • This innovative group has been around for 9 years and is constantly growing with 55 employees and certified wound specialist physicians
  • As a group, our specialists use evidence-based protocols to provide comprehensive wound care for members at home, healthcare facilities, and through remote wound care support

About the role:

  • Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (some days the provider will be done as early as 2PM)
  • No weekends or call
  • NP will see 3-6 patients per day providing in home wound care to medicare aged patients
  • The Nurse Practitioner's main responsibilities will be diagnosing and treating burns, wounds, ulcers, and sores

Background:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP
  • 1+ years of experience in wound care or home health required
  • Wound care certification preferred
  • Clean driving record required
